CA Rohit Jain provides chartered accountancy services including tax filing, audit, company registration, and financial advisory. Services are subject to individual engagement letters and scope of work agreed upon in writing.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for our services. CA Rohit Jain is not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients.
3. Fees and Payment
Service fees are as agreed in the engagement letter. Fees are payable as per the payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Confidentiality
CA Rohit Jain maintains strict confidentiality of all client information. All data is protected and not disclosed to third parties without client consent, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India.
