CA Rohit Jain (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to delivering professional chartered accountancy, taxation, and corporate advisory services with absolute integrity. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding service cancellations and fee refunds.

1. Scope of Services

All professional engagements, consulting sessions, and statutory filings are initiated only after clear client authorization and confirmation of the scope of work. Fees are structured based on the technical complexity, time involved, and statutory responsibilities of the assignment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service request or ongoing engagement at any stage by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, the client shall be liable to pay for all professional hours expended and statutory costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Because we provide customized professional advisory and compliance-driven services, fees paid for completed filings or active advisory assignments are generally **non-refundable**. If a service has been paid for but not yet initiated, or in the case of accidental duplicate payments, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable bank charges or preliminary administrative expenses.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the client's original payment source (bank account, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days from the date of refund approval.
